Customer Rage Survey Results: Grrrrr

Results are in for the 2015 National Customer Rage Survey by Customer Care Measurement & Consulting–and let’s just say that steam is still coming out of ears all over America: 54% in the survey reported a problem with a product or service and 63% said they got nothing in return for complaining.

Don’t be rage-maker. Flip down this infographic to the list of the customer-service phrases that consumers say they hate most–and ban them from your business.  Like: “We are currently assisting other customers. Your call will be answered in the order in which it was received.” Grrrrr.
