Can I merge my other calendars into Thryv?
Yes. Thryv can sync with Google calendar (iOS and Android), iCloud/iCal, Outlook/Office 365/Microsoft Exchange, Yahoo!, and most other calendars. At this time, you can only sync one calendar.
Are appointments scheduled in real time?
Yes!
If I don’t want to allow customers to schedule appointments, can I disable it?
You can adjust this under Settings>Online Booking Options.
If my customer needs to change their appointment after booking it online, can they do that?
Yes. Customers can use a feature in Thryv’s Client Portal to request an appointment change.
Can I control if appointments are accepted or declined when my customers schedule with me online?
Of course! When you set up your online services, you decide if you want to automatically accept appointments if the time slot is available or if you want to manually accept or decline each appointment.
