According to a recent survey by Paychex, Inc., a leading provider of payroll, human resource, and benefits outsourcing solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses, this coming summer will see job growth. That’s not unusual for seasonal industries, but this survey indicates that that is only half the story. An equal number of non-seasonal businesses are planning to hire in the next six months.

In addition, Martin Mucci, president and CEO of Paychex says “Not only do we see an increase in small business hiring from June to August each year, but we also see an uptick in the number of new business starts during those same months.”
