Product Showcase 2026 Recap: AI, Automation, and a Smarter Way to Grow

For the first time, Thryv Marketing Center™ and Keap^® came together in one unified experience— Product Showcase 2026 — bringing more power, more automation, and more AI-driven performance into the hands of small businesses everywhere.

From getting found online to converting leads and driving repeat revenue, the showcase made one thing clear:

Thryv isn’t just building tools. It’s building a connected growth engine for small businesses.

Here’s a full recap of what was unveiled and what it means for your business.

Grant Freeman, President of Thryv, set the tone with a message rooted in both trust and momentum:

That commitment showed up in every product update: smarter tools, deeper automation, and faster ways to turn effort into results.

Before diving into features, Ken Cook of The Prepared Group grounded the conversation in reality — what actually happens inside growing businesses.

“Leads are coming in, but there’s a lack of follow-up, structure, and accountability. That’s where revenue gets lost.”

With Thryv, that changes:

One example? A business that more than doubled its customer base simply by improving follow-up systems.

“We consistently recommend Thryv because the value is hard to beat and we see consistent wins.”
