Ryan O’Hara
Ryan O’Hara has experience as the CEO of four companies: 2-10 HBW Group, publicly-traded Shutterfly, Move, Inc. (realtor.com), and The Topps Company.
Ryan has served in senior management roles at News Corp, Madison Square Garden and Gemstar TV Guide. Earlier in his career, he worked at Nestle, BSKYB, and PWC.
Ryan was a member of the public board of directors of REA Group, which owns leading digital property portals in 12 Asian countries. He also served on the public board of Shutterfly, an e-commerce leader.
Ryan has served as a director of Thryv since September 2020 and is chairman of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. Ryan currently serves on the public board of Offerpad (OPAD). Ryan earned a BA in Economics from Stanford University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and the Director Certificate from Harvard Business School.
