Is text marketing free with the Keap software?
Each Keap plan includes monthly text marketing credits. After your monthly credits are used, additional marketing texts will be billed at a rate of $0.015 per text message. Can people reply to my automated text messages?
Yes! In Keap Pro, Keap Max, and Keap Ultimate, contacts can reply to your automated text messages or text message broadcasts. You can manage replies and communicate back and forth in your Keap Marketing Number inbox. You can also mark messages as “unread”, identify when a contact opts in or out, and view which automation or broadcast your initial message originated from.
Is text marketing available internationally?
Automated text messages and text message broadcasts using the Keap Marketing Number are currently only available in the U.S. One-to-one text messages using the Keap Business Line are only available in the U.S. and Canada.
