How the Thryv + Jobber Integration Helps You Book More Jobs

Many home service businesses struggle with two connected challenges: generating enough qualified leads and making sure those opportunities reach the right people quickly.

Today’s customers expect fast responses. The business that follows up first often wins the job — especially in competitive industries like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and cleaning services.

The problem isn’t just lead generation. It’s disconnected systems too.

That’s exactly what the Thryv + Jobber integration solves.

Thryv helps businesses get found online, attract and qualify leads, and identify the opportunities most likely to convert. The Jobber integration extends that value by automatically delivering qualified leads into existing workflows, helping teams act faster with the context they need to book more jobs.

The Thryv and Jobber integration creates a direct connection between your marketing and operational workflows.

Instead of manually transferring leads into Jobber, qualified leads now sync automatically into your Jobber pipeline in real-time.

That means:

• No copy-paste work
• No duplicate entry
• No forgotten leads

Every synced lead includes customer contact information, AI-generated lead scoring, sentiment analysis, and conversation summaries, so your team has immediate context before making the call.

The result is a faster, cleaner workflow that helps businesses turn more leads into booked jobs.

The integration acts as an automated handoff between Thryv and Jobber.

1. Thryv Captures and Scores Incoming Leads

Leads generated through calls, forms, ads, or campaigns inside Thryv are automatically processed through AI Lead Insights.

Each lead receives a score from 1–5 based on:

• Intent
• Engagement signals
• Sentiment
• Likelihood to convert

2. AI Filters Out Low-Intent and Null Leads

Only leads scoring 3, 4, or 5 move into Jobber automatically.

Lower-quality leads remain inside Thryv decluttering your Jobber pipeline.

This helps teams focus attention on leads most likely to become paying customers.

3. Qualified Leads Sync into Jobber Automatically

Once qualified, leads are created as Client records in Jobber in near real-time.

If the contact already exists, the integration updates the existing record instead of creating a duplicate.

4. Your Team Follows Up with Full Context

Each synced lead includes:

• Lead score
• Sentiment tags
• AI-generated call summaries
• Contact details
• Service-related notes

Your team enters every conversation already informed and ready to act.

When a lead syncs from Thryv into Jobber, the customer record includes more than just basic contact information.

The integration sends:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Street address
• AI lead score
• Sentiment tags
• Category tags
• AI-generated conversation summaries

That context helps businesses follow up faster while improving customer experience from the very first interaction.

Not every lead deserves immediate attention.

That’s why the integration uses AI Lead Insights to score incoming opportunities before they enter your Jobber workflow. But even without the use of AI Lead insights, null leads (leads not scored) will also sync into Jobber.

How the lead score filter works

• Scores 3–5 sync directly into Jobber

This prevents teams from wasting time chasing low-intent inquiries while ensuring high-value leads receive immediate attention.

For growing home service businesses, that means:

• Faster prioritization
• Cleaner pipelines
• Better response times
• Higher booking potential

The more leads your business generates, the more valuable automated qualification becomes.

One of the biggest advantages of the integration is that your existing Jobber workflow stays intact.

Your team continues using Jobber exactly as they already do.

What stays the same

• Leads appear as standard Jobber Client records
• Teams can schedule jobs, send quotes, and manage customers normally
• Existing workflows remain unchanged
• Contacts update automatically without duplication

What improves

• Less manual entry
• Faster lead routing
• Better lead visibility
• Easier marketing attribution
• More organized follow-up workflows

The integration works quietly in the background while your team focuses on running the business.

For businesses using both Thryv and Jobber, it’s especially valuable when:

• Running paid advertising campaigns
• Generating inbound leads regularly
• Managing multiple technicians or dispatchers
• Handling high call volume
• Wanting faster lead response times
• Needing better marketing-to-revenue visibility

As lead volume increases, manual handoff becomes harder to manage. The integration helps you scale marketing efforts without increasing administrative work.

The best marketing investment isn’t just generating more leads. It’s making sure the leads you already earned actually turn into booked jobs.

The Thryv + Jobber integration closes the gap between marketing and operations by automating the lead handoff process, improving response speed, and helping businesses focus on the opportunities most likely to convert.

Instead of spending time managing disconnected systems, home service businesses can spend more time serving customers and growing revenue.

Your marketing engine is now wired directly into your workflow.
