For this integration, you will need to sign in or create a Typeform account. The app integration with Thryv is free, and you can choose from multiple packages available from Typeform. Typeform has free and paid packages so please visit the Typeform website to see what option best fits your needs. *If you need HIPAA Compliant forms, Typeform does not have any package options available as of August 2020. Thryv's HIPAA Compliance does not extend to other 3rd party software programs.
