Overview
This integration allows you to connect with customers reaching out to you from Facebook. Messages sent from Facebook messenger will be added to the Thryv Inbox. Customers will be prompted to add their name and email address which will be added to the Thryv CRM as a new contact. Existing customer information will be updated if different.
