Amer Akhtar
Amer Akhtar is the CEO of iTradeNetwork, the leading provider of supply chain SaaS solutions to the food and beverage industry. iTradeNetwork is owned by Roper Technologies and serves thousands of food and beverage buyers, suppliers, operators and distributors nationwide.
Prior to joining Thryv as a board member in September 2020 on the Audit and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees, Amer served in many senior operating roles at SaaS startups and at large public companies in the United States, Asia and Europe—most recently, as the CEO of a venture-backed company called Celential.ai. Amer also served as the COO and Head of U.S. of XPT, a division of the electric vehicle company NIO (NYSE: NIO).
Prior to joining NIO, Amer was VP and General Manager of Yahoo Small Business, where he managed a $100M+ technology business focused on e-commerce and online presence. Amer spent almost a decade at ADP building and running HR SaaS businesses culminating in his role as the President of ADP in China.
Amer graduated from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth with an MBA, and earned a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Lafayette College.
