Cameron Lessard serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Thryv Holdings, where he oversees the company's strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
In addition to his strategic responsibilities, Cameron leads Thryv's Corporate Treasury Group and Investor Relations function, playing a central role in the company's capital markets activity and investor engagement.
Cameron joined Thryv in 2020 and in 2024 led the acquisition of Keap, a strategic transaction that significantly accelerated Thryv's product roadmap and advanced the company's vision of delivering a unified marketing software platform for small businesses looking to grow.
Before joining Thryv, Cameron built his career across capital markets, structured finance, and investor relations at Alliance Data Systems (now Bread Financial) and ATW, following his start in audit at KPMG.
Cameron has been recognized with the D CEO Emerging Leader in Finance Award in 2024 and NIRI Rising Leaders 2023.
Cameron graduated with an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
