Thryv Expanded Listings Terms and Conditions

If you ordered Thryv Expanded Listings Subscription Services, you agree to the following additional Terms and Conditions as a supplement to your Thryv Terms and Conditions, the terms of which are incorporated herein by this reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning given in the Thryv Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Thryv Expanded Listings Subscription Service. If you subscribe to Thryv Expanded Listings (the “Thryv Expanded Listings”), your Thryv Services will include the extension of your business profile on our owned and operated internet directory websites made available in your country (the “O&O Sites”) to one or more additional geographic areas beyond the base geography and include additional product placements included with your underlying qualifying base subscription, depending on the package you order (each, an “Expansion Add-On”).
  2. Base Subscription Required. Thryv Expanded Listings is available only as an add-on to a qualifying base Thryv Services package that includes placement of your business profile on the O&O Sites (a “Qualifying Base Subscription”). You must maintain a Qualifying Base Subscription for the duration of your Thryv Expanded Listings subscription. If your Qualifying Base Subscription expires or is terminated for any reason, your Thryv Expanded Listings subscription will terminate concurrently, without further notice, and your business profile will revert to your base geography only. If you cancel or otherwise discontinue Thryv Expanded Listings alone while your Qualifying Base Subscription remains active, your Qualifying Base Subscription and business profile will continue, and your business profile will revert to your base geography.
  3. Geography. We determine, in our sole discretion, the boundaries, definitions, and composition of all geographies, the zip codes/postcodes available for selection, and the geographies we make available in each market, each of which is subject to change.
  4. No Guarantee of Results. You acknowledge that we do not guarantee any level of impressions, traffic, clicks, calls, leads, rankings, results, or return on investment in any Expansion Add-On, or that your business profile will be displayed in response to any particular search.
  5. Scope and Exclusions. Thryv Expanded Listings extends the placement of your business profile only and does not extend any other product, feature, entitlement. No additional Call Tracking Number will be issued for any Expansion Add-On; all call activity attributable to your Expansion Add-On will be reported under the Call Tracking Number(s) associated with your base subscription.
  6. Overlapping Geographies. If an Expansion Add-On you select overlaps with a geography already included in your base subscription or in any other add-on or package you hold, the geography included in that other product or subscription will control, and you will not receive duplicate entitlements or any credit, refund, or offset on account of the overlap. You are responsible for reviewing your geography selections and for identifying and removing any duplicates.
  7. Subscription Period; Renewal. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Thryv Terms and Conditions or in any Order, order entry tool, order form, or other ordering documentation (including any default initial Subscription Period applicable to add-on services generally), the initial Subscription Period for Thryv Expanded Listings is one (1) month, and your Thryv Expanded Listings Subscription Period will automatically renew month-to-month until terminated as set forth in Section 5 of the Thryv Terms and Conditions. Thryv Expanded Listings will not renew for any annual or other multi-month Subscription Period, regardless of the Subscription Period applicable to your Qualifying Base Subscription.
  8. Cancellation. Upon cancellation or termination of Thryv Expanded Listings, your business profile will revert to the base geography as included in your base subscription, and any unused, prepaid portion of your Thryv Expanded Listings fees will not be refunded except as expressly required by the Thryv Terms and Conditions or applicable Country-Specific Terms.
