Keap Pay ProcessingTerms and Conditions

If you Keap Pay payment processing services, you agree to the following additional Terms and Conditions as a supplement to your Thryv Terms and Conditions, the terms of which are incorporated herein by this reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning given in the Thryv Terms and Conditions.
- Processing Services. In addition to the Thryv Services and any other related Subscription Services that we may provide to you, we offer embedded payments processing services through the Keap Pay product, which includes credit card, debit card, ACH, and other payment processing services, as may be offered from time-to-time (collectively the “Processing Services”).
- Fees and Taxes. Related to the Processing Services, Platform will charge Merchant according to the fees listed below (“Processing Fees”). All Processing Fees payable under this Agreement are exclusive of taxes. Platform may increase Processing Fees upon 30 days’ notice.

By using the Processing Services, Merchant agrees to the Processing Terms and Conditions available at https://legal.rainforestpay.com/processingterms, which may be amended at any time on notice.
- Term. The term of the Payment Processing Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues until terminated by either party.
