PODIUM:“It worked ok but it was lacking a lot of potential functionality.”The ease of navigating through reviews and posting responses was nice. They do offer a chat feature as well for websites. We originally used it only as a review management service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Sometimes switching between accounts wasn’t easy. Sometimes there was a lag in reviews/messages showing up in the dashboard. Their usefulness became limited for us when we realized there were other platforms out there that could do the same thing, and more, at a more affordable cost.
