“In the years I have used Thryv, I would rate everyone I have come in contact with as either very good or excellent. I would definitely put Stephanie in the excellent category. Not only is she professional and efficient.She is also pleasant to work with. On this project, I would assume she had to work especially hard to get this job completed. It seems others assigned to the job simply lacked the ability to get it done correctly. The original person assigned to me to help build the website seemed to either be in over her head or lazy or both. I had to ask that she be removed so we could get the job done. The web team that we're supposed to make the corrections failed to do so multiple times. So Stephanie had to bring in one technician, who made the corrections, one by one in real time, as we all sat there. To his credit, he did it quickly. This is the first this you I have ever had with the people. who work for this company. And frankly, I was shocked that we were having to deal with these type of problems.
