“Nick is incredible to work with!! I am so happy that our business found him! We came from an old company that could care less about us and clearly just wanted the monthly fee. Whenever we needed help we were just shown YouTube pages and said to figure it out. Nick on the other hand goes out of his way to help us if we have any questions. If he cant help us he always immediately gets us in contact with someone who can! Customer service is A+ and that is truly rare now a days. We couldn't be happier with his service!”

“Another shout out is to Nick Peiffer! We have been in conversations for over a year and a half before taking the leap to Thryv with a strong sense of trust with Nick and what Thryv can do for us as a business. Our calls didnt ever feel like a sales call but more of a friend interested in learning about our business and our business challenges, etc. He perservered many calls and conversations to prove and he did prove to us how successful Thryv is with other companies and challenging our current vendors with what he knew Thryv could do. The customer service from this company is amazing to me. Though, I think we expect it, you dont see it often, and certainly not as consistently as we have experiences. Thank you NIck!!!”

“Nick Peiffer is a rare salesperson. I can say that since I was in the field of sales for healthcare software, and am now a business owner receiving many calls from sales people. Two different sides of the fence! Nick has a skill of listening and learning as he talks to people and truly cares about learning about your business, challenges, successes, etc. He then HEARS you and can suggest or share ideas from others that he has talked to or how Thryv can assist in a business for success. Yet, with Nick, it is never high pressure, it is really about friends exchanging ideas, listening and learning on how the basics of a business can and need to be successful. I appreciate Nick, as he worked on not ever gaining my business, but learning about my business and challenges over the course of a year and half. One day he called at the right time, and I knew I could share with a friend my challenges. He listened, he heard me and now we are a Thryv customer as well! I could not be happier with the services that we have with Thryv from our website, to invoicing to documents, and now starting on the journey of Local Service Ads, Nick has been at the start of every step. Nick takes and makes the time to develop that trusted advisor role with each customer. Thank you to Nick for enduring and persevering the year and half of getting our business. “We are a small construction business located in Waverly Iowa. We have been utilizing Quickbooks Desktop since 2013, when we established our business. We mainly used it (Quickbooks) for accounting services, as well as estimation and invoicing. When Nick contacted us, we initially, discussed our website and how we could revamp it after our contract was up with a different vendor. After talking with Nick, he suggested we chat about the Thryv CRM software. From this point, there was no looking back. I was very confident in Nick's knowledge of Thryv and how the platform would fit right into our business goals--I knew this was what we needed to take our daily business tasks to the next level. Thryv has allowed us to move from a 'white board' system in our office, to a completely mobile system, which has freed up more time and streamlined our scheduling, estimation and invoicing processes. I wish we would have done this sooner. Nick has been there through the very begining--MONTHS before we jumped on board.
