I can say that since I was in the field of sales for healthcare software, and am now a business owner receiving many calls from sales people. Two different sides of the fence!
Nick has a skill of listening and learning as he talks to people and truly cares about learning about your business, challenges, successes, etc. He then HEARS you and can suggest or share ideas from others that he has talked to or how Thryv can assist in a business for success. Yet, with Nick, it is never high pressure, it is really about friends exchanging ideas, listening and learning on how the basics of a business can and need to be successful. I appreciate Nick, as he worked on not ever gaining my business, but learning about my business and challenges over the course of a year and half. One day he called at the right time, and I knew I could share with a friend my challenges. He listened, he heard me and now we are a Thryv customer as well!

After talking with Nick, he suggested we chat about the Thryv CRM software. From this point, there was no looking back.
