Use a Local Phone Number

Ever wonder if you should include a toll free number?

New research* indicates ads with local phone numbers receive more than twice as many calls as ads with just a toll free number. Ads with local and 800 phone numbers receive an average of 84 percent more calls than toll free number alone. Even national trade ads and IYP ads, with either local numbers or both local and toll free phone numbers, perform better than those with toll free numbers only.

Some of the factors that drive a consumer away from toll free numbers are the appearance of “not-local”, “call center”, “less caring”, “less personal”, “computerized answering service” or “are competing with lots of other customers.”

Bottom line is let us provide you with a local phone number that will allow us to prove the value of your ad.
